"Brandon of Wyoming Air is a neighbor who started his own business in HVAC after many years as an installer for a major local company. My father worked at Trane Co's headquarters for 37 years, so I asked Brandon to install a Trane system for us. After very careful review of features and guidance from Brandon, we selected the top of the line equipment for our home and placed our order. He gave us a very good price for the equipment, however it was still pretty expensive since we insisted on the best of everything!

The equipment was installed in just over a day, with the old stuff hauled off and everything cleaned up. The work was immaculate and we could tell by the way that all the details were taken care of that Brandon is a true professional. Nothing loose or sloppy anywhere; everything neat and pleasing to the eye. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail and helped us program our wi-fi capable thermostat.

We had one little programming problem. Brandon is an expert with other brands but was relatively new to Trane. He didn't have a big ego or try to fool around and make us think he was an expert - instead, he called in factory help immediately and got it fixed right away.

I always knew he was a good neighbor and a nice guy, but to see the quality of his workmanship was a real eye-opener. He did things right. I'm happy to recommend him. Also, we are saving 30-40% off our old energy bills every month."
